About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Estreevo website and to any demo request you submit through it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the site
You may use this site to learn about Estreevo and to request a demo. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, or scraping content at a scale that affects other visitors.
Demo requests
Submitting the demo form is a request, not a contract. It does not create an account, grant access to the platform, or commit either side to a subscription. The information you provide should be accurate so we can prepare a relevant session.
The Estreevo platform
Access to the Estreevo platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement between Estreevo and your organisation. Where those terms and these differ in relation to the platform, the signed agreement takes precedence.
Content and intellectual property
The Estreevo name, logo, product screenshots and site content belong to Estreevo. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Availability and accuracy
We describe the platform as it works today and as we expect it to develop. Features and roadmap items may change. We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail is free of error.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Estreevo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
